Has anyone found a work around for this? or know of an ETA that apple might provide the drivers for the olders models? I must also add I have updated my yosemite to the latest 10.10.5 and that my bootcamp assistant app (in osx) doesnt work because I tried to alter the info file and it fails to open (so i installed windows 8 manually by creating me own bootcamp partition and manually installing the drivers). My question is with the recent bootcamp update for mac models only after 2012 is there any way to get a manual download of the drivers for older models? or will they be available for older models soon? I see no reason for them not to, plenty of 2010-2011 macbook pro models are very capable of running windows 10. Was able to do a workaround install for my amd radeon hd6700M graphics card driver to install the latest driver (15.20). Boot Camp with Mid 2010 13 Macbook Pro Hello. Its unclear from the documentation of the new 257.21 driver See the pinned thread on top whether thats supported on the Macbook Pro. I upgraded to windows 10 a few weeks ago and installed the latest windows 8.1 drivers and everything seems to be running quite smoothly. Boot Camp is a Mac OS X utility that lets you run Windows on your Mac without relying on virtual machines or crippled emulators.
